Meier Partners is excited to announce its selection as the architect for the Lotte TimeVillas’ new residential and shopping destination project in Seoul, a mixed-use shopping, entertainment and residential complex.
The hybrid shopping mall/department store component will establish the identity and leadership of Lotte Shopping in the commercial market. Sustainability and landscape concepts in addition to the creation of signature spaces are critical to the overall design. Above all, the objective of this project is to contribute a lasting urban design landmark for the city of Seoul while creating a unique and adaptable destination for customers, businesses, and residents far into the future.
Under the direction of Partner, Dukho Yeon and Principal, Guillermo Murcia, Meier Partners will develop alternative designs to explore different spatial and massing configurations for further evaluation. The project is scheduled to start Conceptual Design in early 2025.
