Drew oversees and coordinates the studio's financial operations, overseeing key functions including treasury, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, invoicing, payments, and insurance activities. With a strategic and hands-on approach, he ensures financial integrity and operational efficiency across all areas.

Prior to joining the studio, Drew held senior finance roles at leading architectural practices, such as Bjarke Ingels Group and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, achieving extensive experience and industry knowledge within the architecture and engineering field.
