The Palace 73 Residences in Seoul, South Korea is under Design Development
13 June 2023

Slated to start construction in Spring 2024, these slender and sculptural residential towers follow Meier Partners’ guiding principles rooted in timeless design including the use of natural light and consideration of site and order. The two towers are complemented at the base with the design for an officetel. The overall design creates a singular iconic visual while also responding effectively to the different programmatic needs of the project. There is an underlying geometric order ensuring a harmonious transition between the two volumes. This same order enhances the quality of light and transparency through the abundance of diffused daylight while optimizing the efficiency and performance of the buildings.
