Joanna Gontowska, CEBS, CHSA
Director of Employee Benefits

Joanna Gontowska has been with the firm since 2005.  As the Director of Employee Benefits, she is responsible for strategic planning, design, and legal compliance of employee benefits as well as the management and administration of all welfare plans, including the 401(k) Plan. Joanna leads the company's annual benefits renewal process, provides information, guidance, and education to employees, resolves complaints and issues with insurance carriers.

Before joining Meier Partners, Joanna worked at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. as a fully licensed Financial Representative and Director of Client Relations.  She earned her B.S. in Economics in Warsaw, Poland.

In addition to her professional commitments, Joanna volunteers as a Co-Chair Director of Education for the New York Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists.
